WOMEN'S DORMITORY REHABILITATION PROJECT

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

In accordance with Clause 46(1) of the General Conditions of Contract, all works in accordance with the contract are certified as substantially complete.

In accordance with Clause 47 of the General Conditions of Contract and Clause 3 of the Invitation and Instructions to Bidders, the Defects Liability Period commences on the date of this certificate and continues for Six Months until 10 February, 2005. You are required to promptly repair or maintain any damages or defects to the works.
