Ref:                             Your Bid submitted on 04.8.2004 and US$ 6281.00 (USD Six thousand two hundred eighty-one only) towards 'Performance Guarantee' deposited on 11.9.2004 in response to this office letter of even no. 331 dated 29.8.2004.

Your Bid for the work mentioned above has been accepted on behalf of the President of India at your tendered percentage of 98% (Ninety-eight percent) above the estimated cost of US$ 63447.45 (USD Sixty-three thousand four hundred forty-seven and point forty-five only) put to tender. Accordingly, the tendered amount works out to US$ 1,25,625.95 (USD One lakhe twenty five thousand six hundred twenty-five and point ninety-five only).

You are requested to start the work at once. Please note that the time allowed for carrying out the work is 150 (One hundred fifty) days, which shall be reckoned from the 7th (seventh) day after the date of this order to commence the work.

You are requested to contact Assistant Engineer (Civil), Central Public Works Department, Kabul for further instruction for execution of the work and attend the office of the Director (Projects), CPWD, Kabul within seven days from the date of issuance of this letter to complete the formal agreement..
