Your Bid for the work mentioned above has been accepted on behalf of the President of
India at your tendered rates of 60% (Sixty percent) above the estimated cost of US$ 16,678.19 (USD Sixteen thousand six hundred seventy-eight and point nineteen only) put to tender. Accordingly, the tendered amount works out to US$ 26,685.10 (USD Twenty-six thousand six hundred eighty-five and point ten only).
You are requested to start the work at once. Please note that the time allowed for carrying out the work is 120 (One hundred twenty) days, which shall be reckoned from the 7th (seventh) day after the date of this order to commence the work.
You are requested to contact Assistant Engineer (Civil), Central Public Works Department, Kabul for further instruction for execution of the work and attend the office of the Director (Project), CPWD, Kabul within seven days from the date of issuance of this letter to complete the formal agreement.
